Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products — including BBQ sauces, rubs, and honey — we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at richardsrootscompany@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Taste or flavor preferences
- Orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided
- Delays caused by the carrier
Shipping Policy
We ship across Canada using Canada Post. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Free shipping on orders over $60
- Flat rate shipping of $18 for orders under $60
We ship food products with care to ensure freshness. During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments to protect product quality — we'll notify you if this applies to your order.
